The Prior Art samples page has been taken down.
The original
idea behind displaying some prior art was to let people know that
it did exist and what it looked like.
The presentation
wasn't harmful to any of the defendants case since the material
would be shared with Acacia anyways, through discovery.
A recent good
news event happened on 11/7 with the defendants that given the new
circumstances, presenting prior art examples would reveal info to
Acacia.
Specific news
about this recent event will come out next week.
For now, I have
removed the prior art in order to protect the defendants case.
If you are an
attorney for a company involved in any audio/video patent disputes,
email me: brandon at fightthepatent.com and I can send you a private
webpage that lists the prior art finds by myself and the great number
of volunteer searchers.
